What happens if the weather is bad?
In the lead up to our session, believe me I’ll be watching the weather. If I’m worried, I will reach out to you in advance to discuss. Then the morning of the session, I will contact you and we can discuss our feelings of the weather. As a general rule, if it is cloudy, windy and cold, we reschedule. If the sun is shining, we go ahead. As always, I am flexible!
What do we do if we are sick?
We reschedule, simple. We want everyone to feel and look their best, feeling sick doesn’t allow that. Let me know as early as you can, and we’ll find another suitable date.

Can we make payments or do you have payment plans?
Absolutely! I offer flexible payment plans, reach out and we can organise that for you.
Where will the session take place?
For outdoors sessions, here is the link to my location guide. Have a read through and let’s discuss what spot works for you and your family.
For studio sessions, they will be at my Bungendore studio!
What if my baby doesn’t have clear skin?
Most babies don’t! This is where my editing skills shine and I’ll clear their skin up for you.
What if my toddler won’t sit still? Doesn’t like photos?
Totally okay! It’s what I expect working with all children. This is where I ask you to trust me, I am a mother and I have 5 years experience photographing families, I have never had a child I couldn’t win over before! I have plenty of prompts and games up my sleeve, so please don’t worry!
Do we have to have newborn photos in the first 2 weeks? What if baby is early/late?
Newborn bookings are flexible. We pick a date and then wait for baby to arrive and everyone to settle in and we firm up the date.
My husband doesn’t like photos, but is coming along, help!
Totally okay, it’s normal to not like photos. With people that feel very uncomfortable in photos, I will support them in what to do when in front of the camera and give them lots of breaks. I promise it will be painless!
